Blueberry Blonde Ale Waffles: Melt 4Tbs butter in a saucepan. Add 3/4c milk and 1c beer and heat until just warm. Take off the heat and whisk with 1tsp vanilla and 2-3 eggs depending on egg size. Scoop two and a half cups SMPM into a large bowl and mix in wet ingredients until just combined. Let sit for about five minutes and voila! Make sure to grease the waffle iron and you'll be all set.
